HOUSTON, September 16, 2024 — Distributed Energy Clearinghouse announced the election of Frank Donnelly to its Board of Directors.
Donnelly had extensive leadership experience in generation development and operations across North and South America.

He spent 15 years leading Wärtsilä’s Americas Power Plant division and previously served in operational, service, and development roles.
